Although a cult favorite, I found the accompanying sauce too tangy, which detracted from the overall experience, giving it a cheaper feel than expected.If curious, consider splitting an order with someone to test it out without committing fully, especially if tangy flavors aren't typically your preference.

Gaston’s Warm Cinnamon Rolls at Gaston’s Tavern

Step into Gaston’s Tavern and you’ll find the cinnamon rolls that are almost as legendary as Gaston himself. These rolls are massive, fluffy, and perfectly sweetened. The aroma alone is enough to draw you in, but the size and flavor will make you stay. My husband and I found one cinnamon roll more than sufficient for the both of us. It was delightfully fluffy and packed with just the right amount of sweetness—enough to satisfy a sweet tooth without tipping into overly sugary territory. While it was an absolute treat, a tad more moisture would have made it perfect. Nonetheless, we didn't leave a single crumb behind!

Spring Popcorn Mix at The Confectionary

However, the Spring Popcorn Mix brings a seasonal twist to this classic snack. It features a colorful blend of flavored popcorns, combining the traditional buttery base with hints of spring-inspired flavor- vanilla. Each kernel is coated in a vibrant, sugary glaze that makes this treat as delightful to look at as it is to eat. Purchase one of the collectible popcorn buckets early in your visit. Not only do these buckets make adorable souvenirs, but they also offer discounts on refills, which means you can continue to enjoy various popcorn flavors throughout your trip at a lower cost.

Gaston’s LeFou’s Brew at Gaston’s Tavern

For a refreshing twist on a classic favorite, try Gaston's LeFou's Brew. This drink presents itself as an elevated apple juice, offering a cool, frothy escape from the Florida heat. Served in a souvenir goblet or stein, the brew features a light, crisp apple flavor with a topping of passion fruit-mango foam. While the main draw of the brew was its refreshing apple base, which I found delightfully similar to a sophisticated apple juice, the passion fruit-mango foam, though visually appealing, didn't enhance the flavor as much as expected. It was a nice touch aesthetically, but flavor-wise, it was somewhat forgettable. I feel the drink would have been just as enjoyable without this added layer.

Candied Bacon in Frontierland

The candied bacon is a standout snack for anyone who enjoys the interplay of savory and sweet flavors. The bacon itself is thick and cooked to a satisfying crunch, with the candied exterior providing a rich, molasses-like sweetness that contrasts beautifully with the salty bacon. It’s an indulgent experience that feels like a cross between a snack and a decadent dessert. While slightly pricier than some other snacks, the quality and uniqueness of the candied bacon justify the cost. It’s more than just a nibble; it’s a filling snack that can serve as a small meal.

Bonus: Disney Springs Delights — Swirls on the Water's DOLE Whip Sampler

Just as a little extra, while Magic Kingdom offers a treasure trove of tantalizing treats, a quick hop over to Disney Springs presents even more scrumptious opportunities. One standout snack that you absolutely must try is the DOLE Whip Sampler from Swirls on the Water. Swirls on the Water has transformed the iconic Dole Whip into a delightful tasting experience with their DOLE Whip Sampler. This dish includes mini servings of different DOLE Whip flavors. Our sampler included the original pineapple DOLEWhip, Pistachio and Chocolate DOLE Whip, and a Marshmallow DOLE Whip. I could not pick between the three of which was my favorite. Each flavor was an explosion in my mouth that created audible mmmmmhmm.

We've bitten into cheesy delights, sipped on frothy brews, and sampled colors of popcorn that rival a Disney rainbow.
